A healthy mind in a healthy body
I'm not only a big fan of sports but I take some of them seriously and getting involved. Not it is useful only for a healthy and fit body but also it's full of fun and excitations.

MOUNTAIN CLIMBING
I used to go mountain climbing, trekking, or hiking quite weekly. And I will do it in future whenever I could. This is the peak of Mount Tochal.

BODY BUILDING
In order to keep fit and have the strength to do other sports, I used to do the gym regularly.

SOCCER
It's very energetic to me.

VOLLEYBALL
It's another of my favorite sports. I'm part of a team and we are taking part In some matches every year. I'm the spiker of the team ;-)
There are still some physical activities that I do such as swimming, walking, table tennis. I would like to try tennis in the near future!
